About Us

Hi, my name is John Michaud and I am a computer consultant

I am a self-employed Systems Analyst specializing in the setup and maintenance of computerized business and accounting systems. I work with small business owners to determine their needs; help them acquire the system and software; and teach them how to best utilize and maintain the new system to meet those needs. My goal is to build long-term relationships with clients, not single-transaction deals with customers. I have been in the computer industry for about 17 years now. I went to Georgian College, graduating with honours, after completing a 3-year Systems Analyst/Computer Programmer course in 1998.

I work in conjunctions with several other companies or individuals in my industry to ensure that my clients have all their needs met quickly, and in a cost efficient manner.

 Over the years my company has evolved from installing computerized accounting systems to network design and installation, website design and setup, and a much wider variety of of system configurations and installations.  As our customers needs have grown so have we to ensure that their needs are being met in an ever changing world.
